Alcea rosea Nigra. Variété 'Jardin à l'anglaise' typique, qui ajoute de l'hauteur 150-180cm et de l'intérêt aux bordures. La tige garnie avec nombreuses fleurs, en chocolat, presque noir en forme de trompettes. Quand elle est exposée au vent, pensez à la tuteurer.

Utilisation. Massif, bordure, jardin anglaise.

Alcea rosea 'Nigra’ is a great plant for the back of the border. Standing tall above those at the front this plant can reach heights of 150-180cms, with stems festooned with deep chocolate almost black trumpet shaped flowers. Often best to stake in windy locations.

Usage. Beds and borders, in front of trellis or wall, Cottage/Informal.
