Betula pendula (Bouleau Blanc) est un arbre gracieux. Le tronc des jeunes à une couleur rouge-orange avec l'âge devient blanc avec des flèches noires de sa maturation. Le feuillage de Betula pendula est ovale sont d'un vert sombre qui font d'un beau jaune d'or en automne. Très rustique capable de résister à des hivers très durs.

Betula pendula is a fast-growing, upright graceful tree, which with age will start to weep. The bark starts off on young stems as orange-red changing to the distinctive peeling white with black arrows as it matures. The Betula pendula's ovate leaves are of dark green that turn a beautiful golden yellow in autumn. Very hardy able to withstand very hard winters.
