Le buis ‘Faulkner’ est un arbrisseau à petites feuilles persistant. Utilisé par le créateurs jardins les plus reconnus. Les topiaires conviennent, il est vrai, si bien à nos petits et grande jardins de ville. L'arbuste qui se prête le mieux à l'art topiaire. Très resistant au gel.

Taille au août septembre. Pour des haies 30-200cm. Plantez les arbustes bien alignés, tous les 20-30cm.

The Buxus is one of the best known decorative hedging plants, used for centuries by some of the best known garden designers, in some of the most widely known and visited gardens of the world. The small evergreen leaves lend themselves to being shaped into almost any form from a tidy parterre maze to balls and pyramids. It has also been used extensively in fun topiaries such as animals, racing cars and even a replica of the leaning tower at Pisa. Buxus is a slow growing shrub which is shade tolerant.
This variety of box is similar to common box but has denser shinier leaves and is very frost hardy.  

Traditionally you prune boxwood on Derby day, but can also do so from August to September.

Hedge care

Trim in August or September. For hedges of 0.3-2.7m. Plant 20-30cm apart.
