Description Variétale

Variété à feuilles longues de couleur vert pâle qui se forme très rapidement. Connue également sous le nom de doucette ou boursette.

Semis

Semer à la volée ou de préférence en lignes espacées de 20 cm. Enterrer la graine de 0,5 à 1 cm de profondeur avec un râteau. Levée 8 à 10 jours.

Opérations en culture

Maintenir le terrain humide par un léger paillage. Arroser régulièrement.

Récolte

Récolter et consommer avant l’apparition des fortes gelées.

Description

This variety is very fast growing, it has quite a long leaf that is paler than other varieties, but has good resistance to the cold and cn be harvested almost all winter long.

Sowing instructions

Sow directly into prepared rows about 20cm apart. Rake over soil to cover the seed and water in well.

Growing technique

Regularly water the plantsin dryer weather, a little mulch can often help around the base of the plants to retain moisture.

Harvesting

Harvest before the first heavy frosts and use straight away. You can prolong the time before you have to fully harvest the crop by using cloches, or bells to cover the plant and protect them from heavier frosts.
