Variété productive et parfumée. C’est une amélioration du persil commun.

Semis

Semer de Janvier à mi-mars sous abri chauffé et d’Avril à Septembre en pleine terre. Peut se semer en pot sur balcon ou terrasse.

Opérations en culture

Le persil met 3 à 4 semaines à lever. L’arrosage doit être régulier ainsi que le binage. Eclaircir si besoin.

Récolte

Récolter de mi-mars à Octobre, en fonction de la date de semis. Dans les régions à climat doux les semis tardifs permettent des récoltes durant l’hiver et jusqu’au printemps suivant.

Astuces

Pour favoriser la germination, tremper les graines 24 H dans l’eau, égoutter et sécher dans un papier absorbant. Ceci facilitera votre semis.

A large leafed variety of parsley which is heavily perfumed.

Sowing instructions

Can be sown in a greenhouse from January through to March and outside from April through to September. Does extremely well grown in pots which could be left just outside the kitchen door for quick access to fresh herbs.

Takes about 3 to 4 weeks to germinate, Keep well watered and keep clear of weeds.

Harvesting

Harvest from the middle of March through to October. In warmer areas of France this variety may keep cropping all through winter if the weather stays mild.

Other Advice

It often helps to soak the seeds in water for 24 hours before you sow them, add a drop of washing up liquid to the water to help break the surface tension of the seed. Using this method will help with germination of the seed
