Le Photinia 'Red Robin' est le plus connu du genre. Vous l'avez surement remarqué à ses nouvelles pousses rouges au printemps virant à l'acajou puis qui finissent au vert foncé. Parfait comme haies et pour coupure de vent.

Taille au printemps. Pour des haies 1.5-2.4m. Plantez les arbustes bien alignés, tous les 60 - 90cm.

A Spectacular evergreen shrub with glossy, dark green leathery leaves. The new growth is of a brilliant red giving a stunning display in the spring. The growth turns to bronze by late spring and then to green, but all new flushes of growth throughout the growing season are brilliant red. The Photinia has clusters of small white flowers in spring. Any reasonable soil but not extremely alkaline. Protect plants from severe cold during first winters.

Trim in spring. For hedges 1.5-2.4m. Plant 60-90cm apart
