Description Variétale

Fruit long de couleur verte prenant une belle teinte rouge à maturité. Saveur très piquante.

Semis

Semer en place en Février en godets sous abri et à partir de mai, directement en place.

Opérations en culture

Ce piment doit être bien exposé. Il supporte le plein soleil.

Récolte

Récolter de Juillet à Octobre pour être séché.

Décorez votre cuisine en faisant une tresse de petits piments séchés.

Poulet au piment

Description

A good long chilli pepper that is a deep green to start turning fiery red with age. Although not the hottest of chillies it has some good heat to it and is perfect for spicing up those curries.

Sowing instructions

After testing we found the best results came from planting into individual pots to get the seed started off. Once established start potting into larger sized pots.

Growing technique

Needs full sun.

Harvesting

Harvest from July through to October and either use fresh, store in oil or dry.

Decorate the kitchen with dried chillies tied and braided together
