Très grandes fleurs, en coupes ouvertes, à pétales ondulés d’un très joli rose tendre, ourlé de blanc sur leur extrémité. La croissance est de belle taille et vigoureuse, avec un feuillage généreux très résistant aux maladies.

Rose Anglaise typique, senteur de myrrhe. Peut être aussi un petit rosier grimpant.

Nommé pour commémorer le 900e anniversaire de la Cathédrale de Winchester.

Racine nue disponible de début octobre à fin mars.
 

Rosa St. Swithun

Very large, open-cupped blooms filled with frilly petals, in a lovely soft pink, fading to white at the edge of the petals.

The growth is tall and vigorous, with large, disease-resistant leaves. This rose may also be grown as a climber - in fact it is one of the best English Rose climbers.

St Swithun flowers freely, repeating very quickly and is particularly tough, reliable and healthy.

There is a strong pure myrrh fragrance, typical of the English Roses.

Bare root roses are available from October (week 41) through to March. Some varieties do sell out due to popularity.
