3 x boules d'herbes et de fleurs pour le bain.

Herbes utilisées: Camomille romaine, Houblon, Mélisse et Nepeta.

Le bain est un moment privilégié de détente.  Prendre un bain d'herbes est probablement la manière la plus facile et certainement la plus agréable de bénéficier du bienfait des plantes.
Mettre le sachet d'herbes dans une théière ou autre récipient, remplir d'eau bouillante puis couvrir et laisser infuser 30 minutes minimum afin d'obtenir une infusion puissante et odorante.  Celle-ci pourra ensuite être ajoutée à l'eau du bain.
Détendez-vous en respirant les vapeurs bienfaisantes de votre bain.

Toutes les plantes et fleurs sont cultivées en plein air, récoltées à la main puis séchées naturellement.

Roman Chamomile, Hops, Lemon Balm, Catnip.
Adding herbs to the bath is certainly one of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to benefit from their virtues. When herbs are placed in hot water, they release their energies and scents.
For best results place a ball in a tea pot or suitable recipient, fill with boiling water, and cover.  Let the herbs infuse for a minimum of 30 minutes; even better if left overnight where the herbal tea will be stronger and more fragrant.  Simply pour the resulting brew into your bath and enjoy!

All the plants and flowers are grown in the open air, are hand-picked and naturally air-dried.
